Stiff Legged Deadlifts/RDL's work hamstrings?
Does anyone think that they get a hamstring workout from doing RDL's or stiff legged exercises? I'm not sure how that would be possible and it seems like everyone calls it a hamstring exercise

Heavy guys that run
Are there any heavier guys (over 205/210) that run (over 20 miles a week). Trying to get some ideas on personal experience running as a heavier person and the effects it's had on your body over the long term.

Alcohol's effect on fat loss
What are people's thoughts on this? I think it most definetly does have a negative effect on fat loss and slows it down for sure, but I have found ways that work for me, to still incorporate drinks a couple times week and sustainably lose weight consistently. Thoughts?

CICO and fat gain
Just thought I'd through out an idea about the whole calories in vs calories out which would say that if I ate 3,500 calories over maintenance I should theoretically gain 1lb of fat that day. So if I were to eat 10,000 calroies a day, with a caloric maintenance of about 2800-3200 depending on activity level, I should gain…
