Hunger Scale

I've been following the advice about using a scale, double checking entries in the database for accuracy and using the recipe builder. Poor advice given by a friend's friend - what would you do?
So browsing through your newsfeed, you see one your friends ask for advice from all and someone from their friend list is giving really poor advice based on diet mythology from over the years. What do you do? Jump in to correct, pass by with a sigh, something else?

What do you do with your egg yolks?
Asking just out of curiosity really. I sometimes read in people's diaries that they use egg whites. If this is you, what do you do with the egg yolk? Do you throw it away?

MFP exercise calories, gross or net?
Does anyone know for certain whether the exercise calories estimated by MFP are done so gross or net? I'm aware of the recommendation to only eat back a portion of exercise calories to mitigate MFP's general over-estimation of exercise calories.
