Help with cup measurements pls!
I found this recipe for rather lovely looking banana granola bars that I would like to try out ... but the measurements are all in cups. Which is fine but I'm european and I'm more used to weighing ingredients than measuring their volume.
I would really appreciate some help in understanding how cups work. Surely a straight forward conversion from cups to grams isn't possible because the ingredients would all have different density (in the same way that a pint of water doesn't weigh the same as a pint of cream because cream is more dense than water).
For those interested, this is the recipe I would like to make!

Good luck. The good news is that your items are not as tricky / fussy as something else might be.
