Winter running
So I went for a run tonight and it was 45 degrees, and I must say it was tough. ..wondering if it gets easier? I would assume the body will eventually get used to it the more I run in the cold weather. But just curious if there are any experienced runners out there that have done lots of cold weather running with any advice

Belly flab and man boobs
Question, if I keep eating right and running (I do about 2 miles 4 to 5 nights a week) will my belly Flab and man boobs go away? Or am I gonna need to do lots of situps and push ups? Any advice or personal stories would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all, I use Map My Run, and I'm curious about how accurate the calories burned are? For example, I did a 30 minute run/jog/walk yesterday, and it said I burned 430 calories...is this accurate?
