My mom bought me some Nike frees 5.0 for Christmas, but I have really bad bunions. I've heard conflicting advise- that minimalist shoes are good for bunions but also that extra support is good. I just want to know if these will mess up my feet even more.
Okay someone just posted something about running and yoga and it got me thinking about people who do yoga, especially every day. Do you do a dvd or online video? Or a class? Or just by yourself? How long? I would ideally like to just have a routine I do by myself. Just curious about the yoga fanatics.
Anytime I can't do my daily exercise my diet just goes out the window! Last week it was the weather and now I've got a cold and can't work out. I just want to eat!! Any tips? I feel like exercise is another drug for me, which isn't healthy either. I just can't "be."
