MapMyRun syncing with MFP and FitBit

Bananas - entries unpeeled or peeled?
Does anyone know whether the entries for bananas would be peeled or unpeeled? I would have thought peeled would be the logical way to do it but most of them just say "banana" and then grams and calories so I'm not sure. Thanks! Am I losing weight too quickly?
I'm 27, female, currently weigh 145 pounds, my goal is around 130 pounds-ish (I'm 5 foot 3) and I started at 170 pounds. I first started mid-September 2015 at 1,200 calories to lose 1 pound a week. Fruit and veg tracker
Does anyone know of an app or if MFP has a function where it works out how much fruit and veg you've eaten per day? In the UK we are meant to eat at least 5 portions (80g per portion) and I was just wondering if there was a quick way to do it where MFP calculates it for me?
