Celiac Diagosis- any tips , suggestions etc?
Hi All, I am 5 days diagnosed w/ Celiac so I cannot have gluten any longer. I have been doing research and cleaned out my fridge. I have been doing some soul searching about my weight loss and I know I can lose weight and I know I can gain, but deep down in my heart of hearts , I honestly don't believe I can keep it off long term. I don't have parents, siblings, kids , a husband to motivate me to want to lose so I can live longer and be with them…

How much exercise is too much?
I have a history of over exercising and undereating- 1200 cals a day and 4 and 1/2 hour workouts in the past. Now when I workout I am starving after, I do an hour or 90 minutes 6 days a week. I have a HRM which i know isnt perfect but gives me 800-1000 burned per session. I am eating 1400 to 1600 per day average which…

? For Women- What exercises should I do .....
to target that area of the very upper thigh and very lower abdomen- i do squats and crunches but this area is very soft and lumpy. I feel like all my exercises miss that area- should i do reverse crunches for this or what do you recommend? I have never had children or surgery and workout 6 days i am unclear how this area…

Loving MFP! In 3 weeks I lost Almost 4.5 pounds! Got my bff on it too and she is ha ing great results. Never ever this easy on WW, they can suck it! I will hit my goal of 160 by NYE!
