Major binge before period
I generally eat pretty consistently primal and keep my calories to 1550 a day. I work out three days a week minimum doing crossfit. Seems like too many negative calories
I got a fitbit flex for christmas and everything was syncing fine. I enabled the negative calorie adjustment but now its like all the exercise I do doesn't matter. Question for you all. Is it possible to have your calories set too low? I just assumed to lose weight I should be at 1200-1300 calories so that's where I set it. Strategies for Thanksgiving?
Anyone prethought out how they are going to handle the food and family today? My thought is fast for breakfast, small salad for lunch and then eat what I like at dinner (within reason). I'm not going to stress about that small piece of pie or glass of wine. Your strategies?
