Gah! Totally, totally blew it yesterday! Was feeling bleh and so completely binged on all the foods I know I shouldn't eat. Now I'm up seriously like 5 pounds. Is that even possible?

    No.

    Increased Sodium and Carbs will give you temporary water weight.

    Ride it out, it'll go away.

    I felt the same the other day, over ate at dinner and was up 2lbs in the morning! But then I remembered the FACTS. I didnt eat 7000 calories. It was all water.

    And guess what? Today it was gone, plus a half :) Be patient and forgive yourself, one slip doesn't ruin all your efforts. Pick yourself up and try harder today :)
