Has anyone else had this problem and could pass along some helpful tips and tricks? All I want to do is just get back to training and continue the grind... sucks so bad I can only do as much as gentle walking and stretches.
At the moment, I'm planning a meal plan for myself for 7 days a week and I've come up with an average of 170g of protein and 200g of carbs everyday. Is this right?
