Incline vs jogging
Has anyone ever checked with their heart rate monitor which burns more? So for example, does running on a treadmill flat at 5mph for 30 mins burn more calories than walking on the highest incline (no holding on) at 3.5 miles per hour for 30 minutes? I can't seem to find a clear answer!

Keto and estrogen
Hi,just curious if keto lowers or raises estrogen levels (in females). I've read both on the Internet and kind of confused. I eat a lot of cheese (not fully keto yet, but working my way towards) and I've always heard cheese is high estrogen too. Thanks for any answers!

Keto and PKD?
Just curious if anyone with polycystic kidney disease is on here doing keto? I am not 100% keto, but lowering carbs more and more everyday. My worry is that even though I've read it's good to increase sodium on keto, is it still good with PKD? I'm trying to avoid the "processed" fatty foods such as pepperoni crisps/sticks,…
