Good morning/afternoon! I’ve been MIA the last few days. Weekends are hard for me to stay on track and I don’t work Fridays, so every weekend is a 3 day one for me. I have to remind myself that everyday is a new opportunity to get it right. How’s everyone else doing?

Good morning! So I thought I blew it already after I pre-logged my lunch, but I think I’ve recovered. Good morning! I just preloaded my breakfast and lunch for today into my diary and WOW! I am surprised to see that both meals will put me at almost 1200 calories! It’s too late to make a change, but hopefully this information will stop me from snacking during the workday. Crossing my fingers!
