So I started at 145 lbs a few months ago and was on a vegan diet. To gain some weight I ditched the vegan diet and added dairy and meat to my menu and instantly started gaining. So now I'm 170 lbs but I've lost a lot of definition in my abs, I want to keep the mass and define my abs... Any suggestions?
Today was my full day in a vegan diet. I've done it once before and I loved it, I'm excited to be back on the journey and working on some gains.
I'm very skinny for 5'11" I recently I've changed up my diet that limits dairy (basically none) and meats ( occasional salmon, chicken, and shrimp). Have no idea if this will help with my weight gain, but I've just selected what I'd like to eat rather than what I've been forcing my self to eat for the sake of gaining.…
