Are Cortaid and Relacor effective cortisol reducers, or are they also marketing gimmicks? Anyone have any success using them?

BMR
On days I am not exercising, should I be taking in my BMR calories, or should I stay with the calories MFP recommends based upon my activity per week? The difference isn't significant (about 150 calories less with BMR calculation).

Bulking Up - Lose the Fat First?
I'm ten pounds from my goal weight, but I'm afraid I'm losing muscle mass along with the fat. Should I continue the fat loss diet before bulking up and adding the muscle weight back on after that?

IIFYM Macros
Are the IIFYM macros pretty reliable and widely accepted? They differ pretty significantly from MFP, but IIFYM gathers more information to make the suggestions.

Wasted Protein?
Many articles suggest protein metabolism is limited to 30 grams every two to three hours - even fewer grams for whey protein. When diets include 45 to 50 grams of protein per meal, are the unused grams wasted? Are there supplements one should take to avoid wasting the protein in excess of 30 grams?
