BMR

On days I am not exercising, should I be taking in my BMR calories, or should I stay with the calories MFP recommends based upon my activity per week? The difference isn't significant (about 150 calories less with BMR calculation).

BMR is basically how many Calories you need if you were lying in a coma. If you aren't in a coma, you should probably eat to what MFP gives you. Many people look at weekly averages, so if you are over or under on any given day, it's not a big deal. If you use the MFP app, it has a good weekly net Calories chart that you can set to begin on any day of the week or choose a rolling seven-day average.

The calories MFP gives you is already without exercise so that is the number you eat. If you exercise, you add calories and eat more which still keeps you in deficit.
