Help critique my diet and training?
Well right now im trying to bulk from 133lbs to 170lbs. Im currently at 143lbs. Is anybody willing to add me as a friend to critque my training and diet? I need pointers from others who have succesfully done bulk/ cut cycles.

So i started working out 2 weeks ago at 133lbs. I am now 140lbs. My goal is to get to 170lbs. I have this app set to put on 1lb a week and i feel like i am gaining weight very fast. So my question is should i cut my bulk back to .5 pounds a week to minimize fat gain? Or should i keep piling on the weight since i have so…

How much weight should i gain before a cut
Hi. So right now im in the middle of bulking. I started 2 weeks ago at 133lbs and im trying to bulk up to 170lbs. Im currently at 138lbs. My question is how much weight should i put on before i do a cut? I know i probably shouldnt bulk the whole way to 170lbs without some cuts in between right?
