Help critique my diet and training?

Well right now im trying to bulk from 133lbs to 170lbs. Im currently at 143lbs. Is anybody willing to add me as a friend to critque my training and diet? I need pointers from others who have succesfully done bulk/ cut cycles.

i would suggest breaking that up into several bulk/cut cycles.
are you on a structured lifting program?
you need to figure out a 250 to 500 calorie surplus and eat to that number.
set your macros to .6 to .85 grams of protein per pound of body weight; .45 grams of fat; and fill in rest with carbs.0 -

One should generally address both power and hypertrophy, so they can have reps ranging from 3-15.0
