Back at it...
I feel like I’ve been on a diet forever, and here I am again. I’ve slowly lost 22lbs over the last year, but have close to 100lb to lose really. So I thought I would re introduce myself, I’m going to focus on slow and steady, no mental 14lbs in a week crap and see how I go. Wish me luck!

Advice on foot problems
I'm looking for advice, I broke my foot nearly two years ago dancing at my brothers wedding! It was a lisfranc injury and I've had two surgeries on it. So it still gets quite sore, I'm desperate to get out on my bike, does anyone have any exercises or has anyone else had a similar injury? Sorry this is a bit of a rambling…

I'm getting there!
I'm on my second week of mfp after years of trying all the wrong things and trying to over complicate things, I'm just starting to realise this! So I'm down down 2lbs and thrilled! I don't post much but read a lot of posts and this has helped a lot with motivation! Yay!

Thyroid issues
I'm 5'7" and have an under active thyroid, mfp has put my calories at 1600, should I go lower due to my thyroid? I weigh 18 stone.

I'm back!
So here I am back, I've tried loads of quick fixes and realised I need to slow down and take things one day at a time.... Feeling a bit overwhelmed but will get there.
