I'm on my second week of mfp after years of trying all the wrong things and trying to over complicate things, I'm just starting to realise this! So I'm down down 2lbs and thrilled! I don't post much but read a lot of posts and this has helped a lot with motivation! Yay!

    Ha' sounds like me. I also am realizing how I am getting in my own way. I set so many rules, rebel against them, and this continue a binge/restrict cycle. I'm over it! Happy eating will now be my new normal. I'm quite convinced a happy weight will follow. Add me for happy support if you like- ok- this is sounding goofy- I need to sleep!

    Well done guys!! Any thing that makes you feel good is a success and weight loss is amazing!! Keep up the good work! Feel free to add me! This is my first time "eating low calories" :-) and some days it kills me and others I feel on top of the world!!
