I feel like I’ve been on a diet forever, and here I am again. I’ve slowly lost 22lbs over the last year, but have close to 100lb to lose really. So I thought I would re introduce myself, I’m going to focus on slow and steady, no mental 14lbs in a week crap and see how I go. Wish me luck!

    A tip if you would like it: setting mini goals has helped me stay focused while working toward by overall goal. Consider setting smaller monthly goals so you have lots of reason to celebrate along the way and stay focused. Sometimes it is easier to forget to stay on track when things feel like they are way out in the future, so bringing them closer helps.
