5 lbs in 4 weeks - small goals
Ok- need some accountability. Goal is 5 lbs in 4 weeks ( hopefully 3 weeks to lose 5 lbs then 1 week at maintenance). Starting weight today 189.1lbs. Target 2,000 calories per day without eating any extra calories earned from exercise. Will update daily. Feel free to join it!!

How much weight do you lose going from winter to summer
Just wondering how much (% or lbs.) you typically lose as the weather gets warm + time change (Winter>Summer)? I managed to keep off the 5-8 lbs I typically gain in the winter. Hope to lose that much more by being more active with the longer days, all other things remaining the same.

This weekend, I did a long bike ride 5hrs 30 mins, avg hr 143, 7K ft of climbing (hard weighing 200 lbs.). According to my bike computer - burned calories 3,984. I ate within my net calories for losing 2lbs/wk including what I ate on the long ride. Today - net gain of .5lbs? If you burn this many calories in a day, does it…

I tend to have a big plan and then do what I can every week. 2 little one's at home make it hard to fit everything in. Weight lifting M-W-F lunch. Swimming T-TH lunch.
