Hecks yea I'm under 250 I've don't his before and it's been very hard for me too go below 250. I weighed in at 249.5 and cldnt be happier. Motivated too got my goal now

Headed in rite direction!
Down 17 pounds in two weeks. I know some of that is water weight but I feel a lot better already. 56 pounds to goal weight 200 pounds.

If I take in 1300 cal and loose 1000 during cardio is that good or bad? My meals are high protein and I don't feel hungry. Thanks

calories in vs out
Ok sound like a dumb question but lets say my daily intake shld be 2050 cal a day too lose 2lbs a week, if i eat 2000 and burn 800ish working out shld i eat them back or jus keep like that, most of my cal are from mostly chicken and vegs and some potatoes-rice. Thanks

Besides a calorie deficient is a good way to help lose weight by doing any cardio and getting hr up? What types of cardio work, i cant run but can do all other types, thanks for help,..... im 5-8 270lbs
