Besides a calorie deficient is a good way to help lose weight by doing any cardio and getting hr up? What types of cardio work, i cant run but can do all other types, thanks for help,..... im 5-8 270lbs

Lift weights and keep a deficit. You are set- don't need cardio unless you want to. Even a steady state cardio will help as long as you are in a deficit.0 -
