All of their nutrition info is in this database. Add it, then add a 25-50% overage for people who are "heavy-handed" with the servings.

As long as it fits into your calorie/macro goals, it's fine in moderation.

I eat Chipotle a lot. My go-to is a steak salad with black beans, veggies, and salsas with half a serving of guac.

If I need extra carbs for a run or something the next morning, I'll get it as a bowl and sub rice for the beans.

I love Chipotle. We had it for dinner tonight. I get the calories from their site not mfp because it's just easier.

I had a chipotle kid's build your own a few nights ago. Surprisingly high in calories paired with a chocolate milk and the chips! Geh!

Regardless, if it fits your calories, why not?

That's what I tend to do.

Chipotle is always a good idea in my mind. Just pass on the chips and guacamole... They're like 800 cal when paired together.

I always get the Chicken Salad. Pretty low cal considering how delicious and filling it is.

Google Chipotle nutrition calculator. Somebody made one that calculates your meal with any ingredient choices.

Use the nutrition calculator on their website.

My "healthy" bowl of chicken, rice, beans, veggies, no guac, no cheese is still almost 700 calories. I never eat there anymore. (I'm 5'2 and petite, 700 cals is half my day)

That'd be right there on chipotle's website.

I have chipotle fairly often. Lots of lifters take a burrito bowl and add it to some sort of mixed salad for volume.
As others have mentioned get the nutrition info from their website and leave a little wiggle room since their portions will definitely vary.

My personal suggestion is skip the sour cream and cheese and use hot salsa and the chipotle Tabasco. If I bring the bowl home I'll measure out some cheese and use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.

If I'm going to eat Chipotle I get it all! Sour cream cheese and guacamole!! One naughty meal isn't going to do anything for me negatively in the scheme of things.
