Starting on the Keto diet and hoping to see some results. Anyone else in the same boat?
What is everyones take on nitrates and nitrites? I've been reading that initial studies have been discredited and even claiming benefits from nitrates and nitrites.
Currently following the nutritional Ketosis diet, anyone else trying to remove carbs from their diets?
I am currently following the ketogenic diet with the main goal being overall improved health. Oddly enough i am looking to put on weight (muscle) but lose fat. If anyone is following a similar diet or just looking for some support/motovation please feel free to add me!
