Help with fitbit and my fitness pal adjustment!
I am so lost with my ftbit charge and mfp. I have mfp set to sedentary, so I get a 1200 calorie allowance. Then I make sure I walk or go on the eleptical after doing weights to get my 10,000 steps. Am i active if a good amount of my 10,000 steps come from exercise
Hi everyone, So I got to the gym 6 days a week. 4 out of those six days I do 30 minutes of elliptical machine after about 45mins to 1 hour of lifting. When I log my calories I only log my cardio. I just want to make sure I am doing this accurately and not doubling up on calories.
