I just want to make sure I am doing this accurately and not doubling up on calories.

I work out 5x's a week.
on mon, wed, and fri, I do strength training. so I've been wearing a polar ft7 hrm strap when doing that. then I log that calorie burn into MFP so I'm not over estimating.

on tues, thurs I run 5 miles. and I let my fitbit track that (since that's what the fitbit is for right?)

anyway I have the two profiles linked.
and negative calorie adjustments turned on

am I doing this right so I don't over eat?

any advice is useful! :)

HRMs are very inaccurate for strength training, only for steady state cardio. I personally log 50% of what Fitbit's exercise log would say (as I prefer to log exercise there). But you have the idea down in general.
