Pain
I have been doing leg raises, planks, and pull ups and I got a bad pain by my pelvic bone. I can't even lift my legs for legs raises or do pull ups. It's not a sore kind of pain, more like a sharp pain that only hurts when I do something that requires pressure. Any ideas on how to ease the pain ???

I have protein shakes with some sort of fruit every morning. But I need help with adding something that doesn't have so many calories, but will keep me fuller longer. Any suggestions?

I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO A SQUAT
Every time I try a squat, I feel like I'm falling over and end up looking so dumb that I give up. I have a routine of leg raises, push ups and squats and I can't figure out how to stand and balance without being terrified!!!!!
