Going too far?
When I first started cutting, I was 86 kg, now I am 75 in less than 3 month( my hight is 182 cm) and my goal is 70 I have been intermittent fasting for 6 hours, then 4, after that 2, now I only eat one meal post workout, getting all kinds of results but losing all of my strength.
