I am on my last part of cutting, but i am confused about this:
should my diet be
high carb/low fat?
high fat/low carb?
been on high fat /low carb for almost 3 month now, should i change?
Which would really boost the weight loss, and why?
I know that carb trigger the insulin in the blood, that's why I was on a low carb diet
Hint: I am trying to go down to 8% body fat atm

The best diet is a calorie deficit. Macro manipulation in the long term won't do anything whether your low carb, low fat, high protein...etc. it's all about calories. Keep a balanced diet and run a deficit and you will notice weightloss the same0
