How many cheat days do you have and do you log your food?
When you weigh yourself do you just use a regular basic scale or go all out and get a smart scale?
I seen some cliff bars at the dollarstore are they a healthy choice for a snack?

Ok I entered my info and mfp gave me 1840 calories a day, my coworker has lost so much weight from this app and she tell me you can eat whatever you want as long as you stay within or under your allotted calories that kinda confuses me. So you can eat chips drink soda etc. And still lost weight?
This is probably weird but could being so overweight play a major role in meeting a mate? I feel no one approaches me because of this just a thought
