Help - Short of iron and calcium
I’ve been tracking since 1st January for weight loss. Keeping calories under control , and protein, carbs and fat percentages about right. However I am consistently low on iron and calcium. As a 60 year old female these are important to me. I eat a bit of everything- meat, veg, lots of fruit , bread. By most standards a…

Puzzled steps vs activity calories
I sync MFP with the step counter and it shows a step adjustment of -20 calories. If I don't use the step counter and select an hours walking it adds 217 calories to my daily totals. I can't reconcile these two things. I aim for 7000 steps a day - allowing for my age (60) and I do add other activities e.g. Horse riding…

Any insights welcome. Given the weights coming off not rushing to change what I'm doing - but maybe the balance will be more…

New to MFP - help ! Just left ww.
Hi ! New to MFP - and want to lose just over a stone - and then maintain a sensible weight. I've already lost about 1 1/2 stone with weight watchers. Time for a different approach. Top tips from those of you doing the same will be appreciated. I'm a 60 year old female. Quite active - horse riding, dog walking and gym.
