Just joined a gym, feel great! But....I've logged my exercise and its upped my calories for the day, I can't physically eat more (do my exercise last thing in the day but before last time I eat). Is there a way you can still log your food and exercise without it adding on calories?
Hi, I started using this app months ago but lost heart. I am not overweight by any means but am self conscious of my remaining "baby pouch". I eat well, quite healthy but not strict, I have gone from being a 1-2 bottles of wine a week drinker to almost none (just a social drinker now) and with 3 kids that's not very often.…
