I need a little help... According to this app I could be eating 1500 calories per-day...if I plan on going to the gym should I over eat my calories and burn them off are should I eat the 1500 and burn as many exercise points that I can?

I'm a newbie
I'm a newbie at this so I have a question a lot of people say it back your calories you burn at the gym. But what is best to even out my daily calorie scale to 0, are eat my 1500 calories and burn as much calories at the gym daily?

Plateau
For the last 2 months Ive been stuck between 214 and 217...i can't seem to get below that. I've changed my eating patterns I change my workout patterns. I'm stuck and it's really frustrating that I can't get past this plateau. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm having trouble calorie count
Who else has trouble eating the amount of food a day to reach your calorie goal...some days.. A lot of days I struggle to eat that much and still have a productive workout
