I need a little help... According to this app I could be eating 1500 calories per-day...if I plan on going to the gym should I over eat my calories and burn them off are should I eat the 1500 and burn as many exercise points that I can?

Mfp doesn't include exercise in your calorie goal so you would log the exercise and then eat those additional calories. Some exercise calories are overestimated so it is best to just eat back 50-75% of your exercise calories.0
