Cinnamon?
I've been told cinnamon can help your body process sugars (I'm diabetic), so I bought a bottle of cinnamon supplements. One dose is two pills ... but does anyone know if I need more than one dose a day for it to have this effect?

Any suggestions?
I'm having a problem with my food planning. It seems that I get up to about 1200 calories — I'm supposed to be around 1800 — but then I'm out of sodium, sugar or carbs. Anything I add with calories is too much for the other categories. Thoughts?
