Just a real quick info status ... I'm using the Nutrisystem Jumpstart box from Walmart, at least for this first week. I find the system not only works, but I really like it. I've used their system several times in the past (the full program directly ordering it from them.) When I moved to this state 10 years ago this year, I was upwards of 260 pounds, approaching 270. This weekend, I'm at 204. It works for me (hey, Nutrisystem, did you like the free plug? Want to send me some free stuff?). I'm also getting back into walking and hiking, which is something I really love. I sit at a computer all day for work, so getting out in the fresh air is such a blessing. I just put on my iPod (usually Christian music, but sometimes country) and I wear a Vivofit tracker. I use it mostly for step counts, which syncs up with MyFitnessPal, so it works great for tracking exercise as well. Hmm, what else? I don't know. I'm just really close to dumping the 200s, and that's a big part of my motivation to get going again. Could really use some support, so feel free to add me.
