Any suggestions?

I'm having a problem with my food planning. It seems that I get up to about 1200 calories — I'm supposed to be around 1800 — but then I'm out of sodium, sugar or carbs. Anything I add with calories is too much for the other categories. Thoughts?

    What are your macro goals (fat, carb, protein)?

    Not sure what you mean by macro goals. You mean the ones that are being tracked here? On my food diary, it's Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sodium and Sugar.

    Unless you have medical reasons for being under on those goals, I wouldn't worry about it too much. The only thing I worry about aside from calories is my protein goal, and I take that as a minimum to hit.

    Add in some more lean protein like a piece of chicken
