Drinking
I started drinking 3 days s week to get hammered (good times) been effecting my workout. I'm still 217 14% body fat but idk I just need some support to stop and focus on gains! What's your opinion?

How bout a smoke...
So about 2-3 times a week I crave a Ciggerate at night. Immediate regret after and terrible breath in the morning. Gets in the way of my cardio training and jiu jitsu and just how I feel mentally. I know it's not a BIG deal but I want to stop. Any tips on how I can get rid of this habit?
