Anybody buy the premium version of this app? Is it different? What are the benefits?

    I did for a few months because I wanted to change my macros based on grams instead of just the percentage option. I loved that option. I also liked the no ads part. BUT, I eventually moved back to the free version because once I understood my macros better, I was able to adjust based on percentage. The only thing I'll miss is the zero add popups but that's not worth 10$ a month. 5$ a month, maybe.

    I've wanted to know how to count macros so I might just do it

    I love it because I can do calorie cycling, also the option of not adding your exercise calories and of course no ads

    For the couple of cents I pay daily, its wort it.

    ^^Calorie cycling was nice too.
