Loose skin prevention with weight loss - advice requested.
I am losing 2 pounds a week, sometimes more, and will get to my goal after losing 154 pounds. I am lifting 3x a week, and doing moderate steady state cardio 35-45 minutes 5x week. I stay hydrated, my diet is high in protein, and I use moisturizer most days. What else can I do?

Potassium deficit
I find it pretty easy to get my nutritional needs met most days, except for potassium. I've read in various places that it's easy to get enough potassium and people don't need to supplement it it with potassium pills but should I? I know I need to get more vegis in my diet, but I despise lima beans, potatoes don't agree…

Help me find a good cracker
I'm having trouble getting enough carbs. My body reacts very poorly to "fast" processed carbs, so I avoid breads cereals rice, etc. I know I need to work in more vegetables, and I'm working on that, but does anyone know of a whole grain low glycemic index high fiber no hydrogenated fats cracker that tastes fairly good?

How do you determine activity level for MFP?
I'm sedentary, I know that, but at what point do I become mildly active, or active? Is there a standard or definition?

Oops I put in the wrong weight
Is there a way to edit your weights in Progress? Yesterday I accidentally made myself 40 lbs heavier than I am, so I have miraculously lost 40 lbs in 24 hours :/
