I would love to find other mamma's that are trying to get in shape, and lose weight etc... Please add me! I am still clueless how to add friends here. Lol I have lost 40 lbs over the last year doing beachbody workouts, and using mfp. I'm in the best shape of my life, but I'm not quitting now for sure!

I did this with beachbody workouts at home. I don't understand why people question if they work? Lol Ummmm... Yup! They do. Lol

P90x3 doubles anyone?
Anyone doing p90x3? I'm doing doubles, or the last month. I'm loving it! I did T25 before, and several other dvds. Just wondering if any other Mamma's out there are doing it too?

I am a christian mom of 5 kiddos. I have been working out at home for almost a year, and hard for 7 months. I have lost 30 lbs, and gained tons of muscle. Do I eat the extra calories burned if I want to lose weight?
I workout twice a day, and add in my calories burned, and it ads on an extra 500 calories, for a total of 1700 calories a day. I'm 139 lbs, female, trying to build muscle and lose a little more weight. Does mfp calculate the deficit before the daily allowance?

Wk 6 of doubles!! First weigh in on Saturday!
I've been doing doubles, and eating good for 6 weeks, without weighing in. I had my husband hide my scale. I'm really hoping I lost my 10 lb goal!!! I know I feel smaller, and my clothes fit better..... I weigh in on Saturday. Bring on the last week!!!! (Till goal. Then I set a new goal. Lol)
