Don't tell me workout dvds don't work!

This is my before and after a few wks ago. I have 5 kids, my youngest is a year, and never stepped foot in the gym, or left my house. I did this with beachbody workouts at home. I don't understand why people question if they work? Lol Ummmm... Yup! They do. Lol

Good for you! I was just looking at DVD's today to try to choose one. I can't afford the gym and since I walk I just want to tone up and build some muscle. You look great kiddo. Keep up the good work.

Good job, you look great! I don't think I've ever seen/heard anyone say workout DVDs don't work.

I've heard so many people say how they could never get results with dvds, or how they don't have time, etc... Etc... I don't have time for the gym. Lol. But I'm slightly obsessed with working out!
