I've done one round of x3 doubles, and now I'm combining it with t25! I LOVE p90x3!!!! I've gotten awesome results!! Feel free to add me! I'm also on fb if you want to follow me. I'm a sahm of 5, and I do t25 and p90x3 dvds. The kids have adjusted to it over the past year, and I sometimes have to stop, and take care of a diaper or something, but that is the beauty of a pause button! Lol Feel free to add me!

Hey! It's got to be a lifestyle not a diet. I would love to help encourage you! I do t25/p90x3 and I am in the best shape of my life. Way better than even as a teanager. And I have 5 young kids. I refuse to diet too. It's more about moderation with food.

P90x. Or P90x3. Less time either way, and you will definitely see definition. If I can get visible definition in my shoulders back and arms from it, and I'm a Mom of 5, and 126 lbs, anyone could. Lol

I've heard so many people say how they could never get results with dvds, or how they don't have time, etc... Etc... I don't have time for the gym. Lol. But I'm slightly obsessed with working out!

I have worked up to it. I did single workouts for the first 6 months probably? Then a round of p90x3 doubles, and now this. I have lost 4 lbs and 5 inches just since the end of June! So it's kicking my booty. Lol

I am doing t25 and p90x3 together! I have done both programs on their own before and loved them! I actually started T25 modified 2 wks after having my 5th baby a yr ago, and haven't quit since. I tracked them all as cardio, and created a workout. I burned about 250 calories on average.

10 minute solutions dvds off Amazon. I mixed and matched them for a couple months, lost 14 lbs, and gained a lot of muscle! They have a set of 5 different ones for $15. I did 30 minutes at a time. I did T25 all 3 rounds, now I'm doing 10 minute solutions dvds. I have had better results with them I think. I do 30 minutes 2 times a day when I can, but at least once. I have a bunch of them, and I mix and match. :-) Any mamma's who want to add me, please do! I don't know how to request people?

Mamma of 5 here. Had a baby in July. I have lost 25 lbs bellow pre-pregnancy weight, and gained tons of muscle doing workout dvds. :-) I fit them in where I can 5 days a week. :-) Add me if you want? I would like other Mommy friends!

I do workout dvds at home. I have lost 25 lbs, had baby #5, 6 months ago, and gained a lot of muscle. I did T25, and now I'm mix and matching 10 minute solutions dvds. I love them! The cardio one helps muscle as well as cardio, and their pilates is great for muscle as well as stretching. :-)

I completed all 3 rounds. I didn't take pics. But lost almost 20 lbs, and gained a lot of muscle! I've since moved on to another workout. It's definitely a good one!

I loved p90x, but I can't do the long workout either. 30 minutes seems to be the longest I can get by with. Past that my kiddos get restless. ;-)

Excersize is the best antidepressant for me! Lol My hubby even says I'm much nicer when I get my workout in during the day. :D He helps that happen any way he can. Lol
