P90x3

Starting week 4 and still questioning this. I am used to high sweat interval training, be it burning 400-500 calories with InSanity, or elliptical or jogging. So not used to P90x3's isometric/yoga type work. My calorie burn averages no more than 200 for these yoga type routines. I am breaking into major sweat though. I sure hope Tony H is right. My yoga sucks right now.

Follow the schedule. That is your recovery week and you need it in order to prevent injuries and increase your flexibility.
I do a lot of weightlifting and try to add yoga to my routine so I stretch. Tony Horton is also a big fan of foam rolling, if you have a foam roller you could use it too, it helps if you have any knot.
Yoga is quite challenging, but the more you do it the better you will get. Just do your best and forget the rest1 -
Love love love p90x3! I did doubles all the way through, now I'm doing it with t25. I have gained so much strength doing it!0
