Why is everything based on weekly?
I'm concerned and confused about why calorie intake is only based on each week? Say like me for example: I was eating whatever I wanted, and drinking alcohol whenever I wanted, up to 7 days a week some weeks. And not just 1 or 2 drinks. Like way to much. So now that I'm counting food calories and cut back to only drinking…

Cutting down on alcohol
I used to drink sometimes up to 7 days a week, and not just 1 drink a day at least 2-3 sometimes more. If I am now counting calories during the week, and only drinking on special occasion, and weekends will I lose weight. Or will the drinks on the weekends kill my weekly progress? One would assume cutting down your calorie…

Strength excercises
I wish it would calculate the calories burned from strength exercises too. I do a little of each usually, but it doesn't show up on here as calories burned. Hmmm

The calorie counter
Does anyone know if when you enter a food item, such as a certain subway sandwich for example. Does it account for the cheese, and veggies in what calories it says it has also? Or just the bread and meat? I hope I don't have to add every little thing individually.

Weekly calories
I'm wondering if I will still lose weight over all if say: I watch my calories and have cut down on drinking alcohol so I only drink on weekends. Will I still lose eight over all. Or will like say lose a pound those 4-5 days then gain it back when I cheat on weekends sometimes? I'm hoping and guessing that cutting back…
