Just posted low sodium turkey breast it come up as 0 cal. on MFP. What do you do because at the end of the day of MFP. journal it tells you didn't eat enough when in fact you did. I know it is 0 on SPTS.

Has anyone changed their diet/fitness profile on a daily bases according to your activity levels for the day. I work part-time in a supermarket deli 6 hrs., 3 days per wk., walking, slicing meats and waiting on customers.
