Flu
Hi all,everything was going well. I had started the 30 day shred and was walking 2 miles a day. Lost 3 lbs. pants started fitting better. Then boom, my son got the flu, sleepless nights and then I got the flu. Its been 7 day of no work out. When will I ever regain my energy? Has anyone ever had this situation? Please share…

Needing advice.
I started the c25k and finished it. I kept working at it as I never really ran/jogged 3 miles...now I can do that. I average 9-11 miles per week. But I think I need to some strength training now. I like Jillian but I cannot do anything for the day after the runs. Any advice on how I should go further? I am 4'9" , 112 lbs.…

Feeling very tired
Hello all, I've been yoyo ing back and forth since 2013. This is my second time with the 30 day shred. However this time I just feel soo drained. It's so slow.
Just finished level 1 of 30 day shred and only lost 1 lb!! I also did 20 min on the elliptical for 5 of those days. Eating 1100 to 1400 calories a day. Height 4 ft. 9 . 40 yr old female. Current weight 116. Goal weight 105. And hypothyroid. Any suggestions?
