Thank you all. Yes I did go all out in order to reach my goal weight. Since I’m short and 43 years old , weight comes off slower. So I restricted myself to 1200 calories/day . Not eating back my exercise calories. Cut out all sugars except fruit but the day the workouts stop, is when everything goes downhill. I think I’ll…

Haven't ran in 2 days. Husband and kid sick with the flu! I hate it when this happens. Lack of sleep and no energy. Only ran 6 so far. Goal 44

Oct 1-- 1.5 mi Oct 3-- 3.75 Oct 4-- 2 6.25 so far. A lot less than expected due to lack of sleep from kiddos bring sick

I'm in. Last month goal was 35, got in 40. This month aiming for 40 to 44. New to running. 5 done already!

Just started the 10k trainer. Finished week 10 day1. Did 4 miles in 54 min. Pretty slow but Got in 40 miles this month. finslly was able to do the 5k in 40 minutes!

I just saw this post. I am too run/jogging to lose weight. I finished c25k in August and now finished week 3 of 10k. I average about 11 miles a week. Pace 13-14 min/mi. It's slow but I'm 4'9" is my excuse! My weight loss is slow though.

I have another 7 lbs to lose. I net in 1200 to 1300 calories a day. I think I need to start lifting and increase protein.

I finished the c25k then a few weeks later went on to the 10k. I felt like I needed a program to keep me on track. Finished week 9 day 2 yesterday. 3.5 miles. Pretty slow but I'm 4'9"..is my excuse. I'm not really losing any weight though. Anyone had success with losing weight?

Hello all, I'm just a beginner. Finished the c25k 2 weeks ago. Now started the 10k. Aiming for 35 to 40.

I've been running/jogging 4-5 days. I could reduce on that.

Ran 3 miles today finally! It took 42 min instead of 40 though!

Finished the c25k! First time I have actually completed an exercise program! Did 2.75 miles on week 8 d3. Now will work on speed.

I did it! Week 8 day 2 and I actually jogged for 31 min!

It's been a week since my last run. Have week 8 days 2 and 3 left. Then life got in the way. Don't know if I'll be ble to do it now. Should I attempt week 8 day 2 or back up a few days?

Finished week 7 day 1! The last 5-7 minutes were tough to get through! What to do after week 8?

Week 6 d3 finished! I didn't run 2 1/4 miles only 1.8 in those 21min.
