I started the c25k and finished it. I kept working at it as I never really ran/jogged 3 miles...now I can do that.
I average 9-11 miles per week. But I think I need to some strength training now. I like Jillian but I cannot do anything for the day after the runs. Any advice on how I should go further? I am 4'9" , 112 lbs. wanting to lose 5 lbs. thank you everyone.

Do you have time to do it on non-running days? Run 3x/wk and strength training 2-3x/wk?

I've been running/jogging 4-5 days. I could reduce on that.

Yes! I would recommend adding in strength training 2-3 times a week. Maybe you could do both, by shortening your run those days, if you really enjoy running? I know that JM tends to mix in some cardio into her workouts, so you could probably run 2-3 times a week and do strength training 2-3 times a week and still get the cardio in.

Jillian etc are cardio/high rep low weight programmes. You may do better following a lifting programme that isn't based on cardio.
Have a read of this thread and see if one of the programmes listed fits your needs. Most are adaptable and you start with low weights.
